VISITOR CENTER

Lookout Pass Ski Area serves as a visitor center for both Idaho and Montana, and provides official state maps as well as general tourist information.

RESTAURANT

Our Deli & Grill offers hamburgers & deli sandwiches. We also provide a variety of snacks and beverages. Sack lunches are also available for those that want to take something to eat or drink while on the trail. Enjoy lunch on the lodge deck. The mountain views with occasional moose, elk and deer sightings are free!

A variety of domestic beers are available. (You must be 21 years or older to order a beer).

RESTROOMS

Both men and women's restrooms are available in the main lodge.

RENTAL SHOP

Mountain bikes, comfort bikes, safety helmets, lights, tag-alongs, Burley Trailers for young kids and other equipment are available for rental. Please see the Equipment Rental page for specific items and rental prices. This rental shop can also perform equipment adjustments and minor repairs.

GIFT SHOP

This shop offers various souvenir items, post cards, hats, T-shirts, patches, some protective garments, sun glasses, books of local interest, and personal care products such as chap stick and sun screen.

OVERNIGHT RV PARKING

Overnight parking is permitted for free in the Lookout Pass parking area for Self Contained RV vehicles. For those requiring service please visit Mullan or Wallace, ID or Superior, MT Specialty RV Camping locations. 

HIKING, MOUNTAIN BIKING & FISHING

Nine of the region's "best kept secrets" in adventure trails take off from or near our base area. Hike or mountain bike to high elevation lakes in the St. Regis or Copper Basins where cutthroat trout are abundant. Climb Stephens Peak, the highest peak in this section of the Bitterroot Mountains or pick huckleberries in late August/early September on or close to the ski area. Trail maps are available in the lodge.
